School Fees
School Fees are due for payment by cash, cheque, EFTPOS, BPAY either as a lump sum payment, or paid over 3 terms. The option to direct debit is also available. Please contact the office for a direct debit form.

Payment options
Fees are to be paid per year or per term. Arrangements can be made with the Bursar for a direct deposit weekly, fortnightly or monthly.
A yearly statement will be sent out in Term 1 with reminder statements each term thereafter.
Payments can be made:
- Through the school front office via cash/cheque/EFTPOS/credit card.
- Direct deposit - forms can be obtained by contacting the front office.
- Bpay - using your Bpay account number which is found on the bottom left hand corner of your fee statement.
If you hold a current HCC card you need to make an appointment with the Principal at the beginning of Term 1 to obtain approval for a discount on your tuition fee.
If you are having difficulty with payments, you can make an appointment to see the Principal to discuss your options.
Please note: 2nd child discount applies only to Pre-Primary – Year 6 students
